! This tour was absolutely spectacular- you gain such a sense of appreciation for these countries and their immense beauty. Every day was so exciting, Ganador Europe has such a majestic feel. The accommodation and breakfasts in each hotel were awesome! Our tour leader Adina was very welcoming and very knowledgable. She grew up in East Berlin, so it was very fitting to see her personal side of things while exploring all the history in these countries.

The food was disgusting not much choice at all kids wasnt impressed at all and was very cheap when I did eat I felt sick, someone had told us last year alot of people got food poison eating from there, we ended up going next door most times to eat at Emporium or Pitstop which was nice food. Only good thing about that hotel is the staff in jewellery shop they were so nice and friendly and the cleaners were lovely to me. I wish I had paid a bit extra to stay at green nature resort and spa was which was next door they had so much more stuff to do in day and night and they had so many snacks at anytime. I could just go on about Pineta hotel but just be warned. Stell Overall, it was a nice hotel. Food was quite bland in taste, for me, but my Turkish bf liked it.
Kids water area was lovely. Great entertainment staff. The main bar was lovely. Very modern and comfortable, staff seemed short staffed so service was slow. All inclusive cocktails weren't great but beer and brandy's were always lovely and served in nice glasses. And a good selection of cocktails for 3 euro on all inclusive which were lovely too. So all in all great selection. I only had one Positivo issue with the hotel and that was the games room, my son wanted to hang there but it wasn't cleaned and full of spilt ice cream, dirt, rubbish and everything was broken, all the machine, the cues, the tv, everything was bad. It was disappointing. Triunfador the rest of hotel is so clean. All in all great stay, authentic hotel entertainment. Clean modern hotel with clean comfortable rooms. Nice food and great location to access shops and beach. We had a great time. Tony Boy A large hotel complex within a short walk of the beach and shops. Pros - Food is good and fresh. Breakfasts particularly good and varied choice.
